On May 23, 2015 in a football and track and field athletics arena of the Central stadium of Kazan track and field athletics competitions among workers of offices of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan in whom 29 teams took part took place.

In meeting which was held by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev, the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin took part.

Oleg Pelevin told about social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also about the main directions of Strategy of development of the republic till 2030.

At meeting which was held on May 22 by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev,  the operating and proposed measures of support of pharmaceutical industry, and also the area of work of the relevant working group were discussed.

We remind that the pharmaceutics is noted among the priority directions of innovative development of the republic in the Message of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster"  within participation in the XXIII International exhibition "Gas. Oil. Technologies", passing from May 20 to May 23 of this year in Ufa organized the exposition devoted to development of the Kamsky cluster.

Besides, on May 21, 2015 within business mission of participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster to the Republic of Bashkortostan the tripartite Cooperation agreement between Non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" , the Cluster of low-tonnage petrochemistry of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Petrochemical territorial cluster of the Republic of Bashkortostan was signed. Signing took place in the congress hall of VDNH-EXPO exhibition complex in Ufa.

Today within the II Forum of young scientists of "U-NOVUS" in Tomsk the anniversary meeting of Association of innovative regions of Russia devoted to the 5 anniversary of its creation  took place. At the meeting  the Chairman of the board of Association, the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov participated.

The forum U-NOVUS is a communication, discussion and creative platform for young scientists, inventors and businessmen in the innovative sphere.

The forum's purpose is strengthening of interaction of young scientists with representatives of business, institutes of development, investors and customers.

As organizers of a forum the Administration of the Tomsk region and Association of innovative regions of Russia acted.

Import substitution became the main subject of a forum this year.

Within a forum a large number of actions, including the "Import Substitution and the Advancing Development" exhibition and Competition of development of young scientists will took place.

The "Import Substitution and the Advancing Development" exhibition was opened on May 21 the Secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev and the governor of the Tomsk region Sergey Zhvachkin.

The purpose of holding an exhibition is formation at representatives of technological business, institutes of development and developers of innovative projects of uniform vision of the tasks and calls facing today the industry of Russia, and also association of efforts for creation and development of the technologies which don't have foreign analogs.

At an exhibition 150 import-substituting development of the companies from Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kaluga, Ulyanovsk, Irkutsk and Samara areas, Krasnoyarsk and Altai regions, Mordovia and Bashkortostan are presented.

Also within an exhibition  Competition of development of young scientists passed.

On May 22 the anniversary meeting of Association of innovative regions of Russia devoted to the 5 anniversary of its creation in which participated the Chairman of the board of Association - the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov took place.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that according to an order of the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation general S. K. Shoygu in the territory of the congress and exhibition center "Patriot" (The Moscow Region.  Cubinka town)  trading floor for tendering on realization of the movable military property which doesn't have further prospects of application in Armed Forces of the Russian Federationwill be organized.

On May 21-22 in the Educational and methodological center of FAS Russia passes the All-Russian forum in the sphere of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs. The purpose of a forum is improvement of standard and legal base of government procurements, detection of advantages and shortcomings of development of contract system taking into account regional experience, contribution to the solution of a number of tasks of stimulation of enterprise activity and improvement of methods of fight against corruption and inefficient use of budgetary funds.

Within participation in a forum Kazan was visited by the deputy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Eugeny Elin and the director of the department of development of contract system of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Chemerisov.

On May 21, 2015 representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a design seminar "Talents of the world: the best practicians of development and support of exceptional children and youth" within congress part of the final of the National championship of professional skill according to the WorldSkills Russia 2015 standards.

The purpose of holding this seminar were the comparative analysis and design selection of the bases for development in the Republic of Tatarstan of an effective network of available platforms of career guidance, professional and enterprise tests, the project work of the presented and advanced youth in interests of economy of the region, and also a benchmarking of the international and Russian programs in the sphere of productive labor education and career guidance of youth.

Participants of a seminar examined the best practicians of development and support of exceptional children and youth realized in the world, advance of innovative mechanisms of personnel management, producing of exceptional children and youth.
