The Committee on Education, culture, science and ethnic questions of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the law draft of the Republic of Tatarstan on Strategy "Tatarstan-2030"

On June 2, 2015 the meeting of Committee on Education, culture, science and ethnic questions of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Within a meeting on the the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the adoption of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov acted. In the report he told about key provisions of Strategy, the priority directions of development of the republic, and also about measures, projects and mechanisms of realization of the planned purposes.

For development of system of continuous education of adults as the main factor providing a gain of personnel capacity of the Republic of Tatarstan it is planned to realize the flagman project "The training region: to new economy – new professions and skills".

In the sphere of culture three main directions of actions are provided: strengthening of public sector of culture and art; development of cooperation of the sphere of culture and tourism; creation of a creative cluster - intensive development of the creative industries, increase of their competitiveness due to expansion of domestic market and opportunities for export within the flagman project "Creative Industries of Tatarstan".

Cluster activation will become the key mechanism of formation of innovative economy. 

Following the results of the report participants of a meeting made the decision to support the presented bill.
