Business mission of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster for the countries of the European Union is planned for September 14-22, 2015.

Purpose of visit is advance of production of the enterprises – participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster, and also development of cooperation with the European automobile and petrochemical clusters.

The center of export  support of the Republic of Tatarstan invites businessmen to participate in an educational seminar "How to export to Azerbaijan" which will pass on September 15 on the territory of Park Inn hotel.

Action will pass in a conference room "Moscow" of Park Inn hotel by the address: Kazan, Lesgaft St., 7.

On September 9, 2015 in Moscow the first meeting of the Commission on questions of creation and functioning of territories of the advancing social and economic development in monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation took place.

A seminar's subject is "Insurance and guarantees of risks at foreign trade activities by export-oriented subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan. EKSAR and partner banks".

Since January 1, 2016 comes into force provision of article 21 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs", after what when forming the plan schedule of placement of orders for the next year the customer will be obliged to include in it information on the name of the organizer of joint purchase.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation N 1221 of 31.12.2009 established requirements to power efficiency of the goods (works, services) bought for the state and municipal needs.

Within the concluded cooperation agreement according to the program of providing guarantees to subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan employees of NO "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" (further – Fund) organized a meeting with representatives of JSC "Vneshprombank!, PJSC "VTB 24 Bank" and PJSC "Khanty-Mansi Opening Bank". 

At the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan results of the next commission on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan are brought.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2015 prolonged implementation of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation till 2018.

Target group for preparation are the experts with the education finished the highest having not less than 5 years of the seniority from them not less than 3 – administrative, and aged, mainly, till 40 years.
