On September 17, 2015 the delegation of the Kamsky cluster participated  in the III All-Russian meeting of the Centers of collective use. The meeting took place in Moscow on a platform of "Giperkub" of the "Skolkovo" Innovative center.

The main goal of action is to provide conditions  of the research and development market of services  formed round the Centers of collective use, the research and scientific organizations and also for development of their network interaction.

The non-profit organization "Fund of Support of Business of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Fund) on September 17, 2015 held the next meeting of the commission on consideration of demands from subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan (SSMB RT) on receiving microloans.

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1738-r 5 of September, 2015 approved new edition of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation.

In Kazan at Volga region state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism the First Kazan forum of the innovative financial Finnopolis 2015 technologies was opened on September 17, 2015.

The secretary of state - the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev took part in a round table "Development of electronic interaction between federal executive authorities, Bank of Russia and participants of the financial market. The electronic government" which passed on September 17, 2015 within the First Kazan forum of the innovative financial FINNOPOLIS technologies.

The IX Samara interregional economic forum "Cluster Policy — a Basis of Innovative Development of National Economy" will take place on September 18, 2015 in Tolyatti. Representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Association "non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" will take part in work of a forum.

In the Government of the Russian Federation the meeting of the supervisory board of Fund of development of monotowns under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Maxim Akimov took place on September 16, 2015. At a meeting from the Republic of Tatarstan there took part the Minister of Economics of RT Artyom Zdunov and the deputy minister of economy of RT Natalya Tarkayeva.

For stimulation of innovative activity of young Russian businessmen and rendering non-financial assistance to development of the small and medium-sized innovative enterprises of the Russian Federation Vnesheconombank invites the Russian innovators to take part in competition for the best innovative project among young businessmen.

Within business day of the Russian Federation in the second day of the MSV-2015 exhibition the presentation of export and investment opportunities for the companies from the Czech Republic to the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of the deputy minister of the industry and trade of RT of Ildar Mingaleev and vice-president of association ""Kamsky Innovative Territorial Production Cluster" non-profit partnership of Leysan Abzalilova took place.
