From December 9 to December 13, 2015 starts the fourth module of the Program of vocational training for training of the teams, project managers of development of monotowns developed and who are carried out together with Fund of development of monotowns according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation (further – the Program). 

Within a meeting criteria and conditions of award of a label of a cluster of European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI) will be discussed, and also a number of messages on experience of receiving a label are heard by territorial clusters of Russia.

In Naberezhnye Chelny on December 10, 2015 there passed the Machine-building cluster forum of the Republic of Tatarstan in which  the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the mayor Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, the director of Association of clusters and science and technology parks Andrey Shpilenko, representatives of the small and large enterprises of mechanical engineering of Tatarstan, and also Bashkortostan, Udmurtia and the Ulyanovsk region participated.

A seminar's subject is "Possible risks of the Russian companies when exporting".

From December 15 to December 16, 2015 Rospatent together with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), with the assistance of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan legal institute of the All-Russian state university of justice (RPA of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation) hold a two-day seminar "Intellectual property for small and medium-sized enterprises".
