The All-Russian Competition "The Best Social Project of Year" (further – Competition) is directed on search and detection of the best projects of social businessmen which activity is directed on the solution of acute social issues through the organization of business activity.

Since the beginning of 2016 in all multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (MPC) applicants can receive extracts from registers of Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Due to the changes in the order of Rosstat of 21.12.2011 No. 503 "About the statement of statistical tools for the organization of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of federal statistical supervision over implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" and abolition of federal state information system (IS "Monitoring") since January 1, 2016 the reporting following the results of 2015 in a form of federal statistical supervision No. 1 control is represented in electronic form by means of the state automated system Upravleniye (SAS Upravleniye).

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation made changes to the order of department No. 167 "About the statement of conditions of competitive selection of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation to which budgets subsidies from the federal budget for the state support of small and average business, including country (farmer) farms, and requirements to the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and average business are provided".

At the moment in the sphere of the state and municipal order support of domestic producer is realized. At the same time producers of the Russian goods, works, services have no such support when purchasing the companies with the state participation and other persons which purchasing activity is regulated by provisions of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 N 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".

The specified changes concerned procedures of obtaining the construction license, reconstruction or capital repairs of health care facilities, educations, cultures, sport, transport, public catering and other objects regarding observance of requirements of availability to disabled people and regulate actions not only builders and designers, but also customers of construction.

The purposes of the Start program are creation new and support of the existing small innovative enterprises seeking to develop and master production of new goods, a product, technology or service with use of results of own scientific and technical and technological researches which are at an initial stage of development and having the considerable potential of commercialization.

The Forum's purpose is assistance to development of automotive industry and localization of production of autocomponents in Tatarstan and region of the Volga region, attraction of innovative development in automotive industry, and also expansion of cooperation between the enterprises of the Volga region and the leading carmakers of Russia, Europe and Asia.

The volume of government procurements grew in 2015 by 10% to 6,598 trillion rub, the number of contracts with small enterprises also increased and competition of the auction increased.

At a meeting the question on development of strategy of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered.
