Within the Agreement between Council of ministers the Republic of Crimea and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan about trade and economic, scientific and technical, social and cultural cooperation on the website of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan information on export opportunities of the enterprises and the organizations of the Republic of Crimea is published. 

The competition's purpose is rendering financial support to the small innovative enterprises, at the rate to 15 million rubles on condition of 100% of joint financing from extrabudgetary funds, finished a stage of research and development and planning creation or expansion of production of innovative production.

In the building of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Board of trustees of non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan"  took place on February 05, 2016 (further – Fund).
