The Factory of Entrepreneurship project which is realized with the assistance of The Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan (Volga) federal university and is directed to promoting of entrepreneurship among youth, presented business projects of the fifth season.

In Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan there takes place accreditation of leasing companies which lessees wish to take part in competitive selection on provision of subsidies within the "LIZING-GRANT 2016" program.

The Factory of Entrepreneurship project is realized with the assistance of Department of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan (Volga) federal university and is directed to promoting of entrepreneurship among youth.

The Department of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan informs on the beginning of order taking for participation in the first National tender on development of retail cashless payments "National payment initiative" (further - Tender), organized by Association of the Russian banks and National Payment Council Association.

The non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan"  continues acceptance of the tender documentation of an open tender on additional selection of banks for participation in the program of provision of guarantees by non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".

According to the Federal law from 7/3/2016 No. 318-FZ 15 July, 2016  of a regulations the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses, the establishing responsibility for violations in case of procurement planning under the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" come into force. So, for untimely placement of a procurement plan or the plan schedule in a unified information system the official will be fined up to 30 thousand rubles.

Attention of applicants to participation in competitive selection of requests for provision of subsidies for financial provision of costs of the subjects of small and average entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan connected with creation and development of the centers of youth innovative creativity oriented to creating favorable conditions for children, youth and subjects of small and average entrepreneurship for the purpose of their development in scientific and technical, innovative and production spheres by creation of material, economic, information basis!

The Department of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on July 19, 2016 commission session on selection of requests for provision of subsidies for financial provision of costs of the subjects of small and average entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan connected with creation and development of the centers of youth innovative creativity oriented to creating favorable conditions for children, youth and subjects of small and average entrepreneurship for the purpose of their development in scientific and technical, innovative and production spheres by creation of material, economic, information basis on which the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered will take place at 16:00. In total 9 applications are submitted, 7 of which are allowed to tender.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the federal law draft "About Modification of Article of the 222nd Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" which offers to give authorized body of the executive authority the right to send to local government bodies of the instruction about demolition of constructions if they break an aviation safety of air vehicles and negatively influence the equipment of airfields and health of citizens.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the federal law draft "About modification of the Federal law "About Communication".

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed, the prepared Ministry of Economic Development, the resolution No. 643 of July 7, 2016 "About an evaluation procedure of efficiency of functioning of special economic zones".
