But at the same time to submit the application on a federal Portal for receiving those services which demand reliable protection of personal information it is required to confirm the account. It is impossible to make it independently from the home computer.
For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities, and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the Your Control system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.
