The committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring summed up the results of sociological poll of 2016 of a research of general satisfaction of citizens with quality of the state and municipal services provided in 2014-2015.
Survey conducted in 2016 showed that the level of satisfaction of citizens with quality of provision of the state and municipal services constituted 90,7% in case of the established threshold value of 90% (The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601).

From November 24 till November 30, 2016 order taking from subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving accreditation according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 8/27/2014 No. 616 "About accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan" appears.
 

Development department of contract system of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the letter of September 19, 2016 No. D28i-2574 explains that in case on a sealed-bid auction only one participant from allowed to participation in a sealed-bid auction was and the application of such participant conforms to requirements of documentation on purchase, then with this participant the contract as  with the only supplier (the contractor, the performer) according to point 24 of part 1 of article 93 of the Law No. 44-FZ is concluded.

For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities, and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the "Your Control" system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.
 

Today citizens can use electronic services of the majority of federal departments through the Uniform federal Portal of the state services gosuslugi.ru. But at the same time to submit the application on a federal Portal for receiving those services which demand reliable protection of personal information it is required to confirm the account. It is impossible to make it independently from the home computer.
