The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) is recommended to implement risk-oriented approach in the spheres of its supervision, to enhance the role of preventive measures, and the responsibility should not be the main preventive measure of struggling with violations. The MES in particular should not punish twice for one violation, and the warning should become the main corrective action. Such recommendations are contained in the resolution adopted by the results of the All Russia forum of the Open Government, MES and entrepreneurship platform of the party “United Russia” in respect of reforming state control and public discussion of law enforcement practice of the supervisory bodies of MES, which took place in April 2017. The 20th International Exhibition of technologies and innovations in industry “TekhInnoProm” will be held in Minsk (the Republic of Belarus) from May 23 until May 26, 2017 with the official support of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

On May 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the residence of creative industries “Shtab” and met representatives of creative youth in Kazan.

On May 19 in the city of Krasnodar the Vth national championship “Young professionals” (WorldSkills Russia-2017) finalized. The national team of the Republic of Tatarstan composed from students of Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov  - Julia Sichevskaya and Karina Khaleeva, as well as the Institute of Economy, Management and Finance of the Kazan (Volga) Federal University – Alina Altynbayeva won in the competency “Entrepreneurship”.  The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Mr. Artem Zdunov congratulated the team of Tatarstan with a long awaited victory in the competency “Entrepreneurship” and handed grateful letters to the winners. He noted that the participants demonstrated serious attitude to competitions and deserved their victory.

On May 22, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and senior managers of SHERP Company for the production of cross-country vehicles discussed various options of cooperation.

Currently on the Federal portal of draft normative legal acts it is possible to get acquainted and take part in public discussion of the draft order of the Ministry of Economy Development of Russia "On introduction of changes into the Administrative Regulation for rendering by the Federal Accreditation Service of the state service for accreditation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the national system of accreditation, expansion, reduction of the accreditation area, confirmation of competency of the accredired persons, issue of the accreditation certificate, issue of a duplicate of accreditation certificate, termination of accreditation, introduction of changes into the data of accredited persons, provision of the information from the register of accredited persons, approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy Development No. 194 of April 1, 2015.

On May 22, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief of Haier in Russia Lyudmila Romanova discussed current issues of the activity of the Haier plant for the production of refrigeration equipment at the Master Kama Industrial Park in Naberezhnye Chelny and considered further steps with regard to joint projects.

Transfer from paper licenses to special electronic registers is envisaged by the draft program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation" which should be approved until June 1, 2017. The indicated program can solve the important task - it sets the foundation for basic transformation of the system of state management — from work on paper to work with data.

From January 1, 2018, a new order of determining the tax base in respect of a coupon yield on corporate bonds for investors-individuals has been introduced. The relative changes were made to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation by the Federal Law, which was recently adopted.
