We invite you to participate in the public discussion of the changes in administrative regulation on provision of state services for accreditation

Currently on the Federal portal of draft normative legal acts it is possible to get acquainted and take part in public discussion of the draft order of the Ministry of Economy Development of Russia "On introduction of changes into the Administrative Regulation for rendering by the Federal Accreditation Service of the state service for accreditation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the national system of accreditation, expansion, reduction of the accreditation area, confirmation of competency of the accredired persons, issue of the accreditation certificate, issue of a duplicate of accreditation certificate, termination of accreditation, introduction of changes into the data of accredited persons, provision of the information from the register of accredited persons, approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy Development No. 194 of April 1, 2015.

This project is developed to improve the regulatory and legal base in the field of accreditation in the national accreditation system, taking into account the practice of implementing the Federal Law No. 412-FZ of December 28, 2013 on accreditation in the national system of accreditation and provides for changes:

- the timing of performance of certain administrative procedures and actions;

- corrections of clarifying and complementary nature in connection with changes in normative legal regulations.
