The round table on the topic "It is time to earn! How to get the order from major state companies of Russia." was held in the scope of the annual business forum for entrepreneurs on September 21, 2017, in Kazan, in the Hotel Complex "Korston". The two-day forum was attended by representatives of the JSC "SME Corporation", OJSC "SME Bank", the bodies of executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan, major Russian customers, subjects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and leading experts to discuss pressing issues of obtaining orders from the major state companies of Russia, their interaction and mutual understanding with the subjects of SME.

On September 20, 2017, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table with participation of the regional commission for arrangement of training for managerial staff and the Association of graduates of the Presidential Program of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, Deputy Minister of the Economy, Bulat Khaziakhmetov, and the Adviser to the Director-General of the Fund for the promotion of small forms of enterprises in science and technology, Ivan Bortnik, who is visiting Kazan, visited a number of innovative infrastructure facilities, designed to develop child and youth innovation activities.

A plenary meeting of the sixth meeting of the Mixed Commission on economic, industrial and technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Portugal was held as part of the visit of the delegation rom Portugal. The meeting addressed the issues of trade, economic and investment cooperation, interactions in the field of tourism, agriculture, and civil protection, prevention and liquidation of emergencies.

On September 21, 2017, on the forum "Looking into the future" for small and medium sized entrepreneurship, within scope of the conference "Export ME" the meeting of the club of Exporters of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on the topic "Export AIC:" general skills in communicating with foreign partners". The training will be conducted by the invited experts from Germany.

 

On September 20, at his meeting with Portugal’s Minister of Economy Manuel Caldeira Cabral at the Presidential Residence in the Kazan Kremlin, President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said that there has been a sustained growth in mutual trade between Tatarstan and Portugal, which in the first half of the year increased 1.5 times compared to the same period last year.

On September 21 and 22, 2017, the annual business forum "Looking into the future" will collect owners of small and medium sized businesses from Tatarstan and other regions in Kazan. 

On September 22, in Kazan, in the scope of the forum "Looking into the future" a master-class "77 Lifehacks of the successful business of the Factory of Entrepreneurship" will be held. The participants in the master class will have the opportunity to personally be acquainted with successful entrepreneurs and to learn about their secrets of profitable business.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to receive applications for the contest on provision of grants from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects, until September 27.

By the Direction of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2017, No. 1985-Ra Draft Federal Law "On amending Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation ".was submitted to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The current version of article 284 of the Tax Code, the tax rate for the profits of the organizations to be enrolled in the federal budget for the period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020 is established as 3 per cent. The bill proposes to preserve the rate of 2 per cent for individual residents of special economic zones in part, to be enrolled to the federal budget at the level of 2%.
