From 23 to 25, November and from 8 to 10, December 2017, the final stage of the all Russia contest "Russia-2035" will be held in Moscow.

The main purpose of the competition is to collect the proposals of young citizens of the Russian Federation for subsequent consideration in the social and economic development strategy of the Russian Federation until 2035.

The III Engineering cluster forum of the Repubic of Tatarstan has finalized in the IT Park of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny recently.  

The forum was held for the purposes of formation of macro regional strategy of developing the engineering industry and related industries, implementation of cooperative investment projects on the territory of Russia, discussion of support activities and business development, possibility of additional loading free capacities on production enterprises and cooperation in manufacturing complex technical products for the needs of industrial enterprises.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the start of collecting applications for participation in the competitive selection of multi functional centers of provision of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for subsequent participation in the all Russia contest "The best multi functional center of Russia". 

In order to improve the order of provision of state services by the federal bodies of state power, as well as to obtain a feedback since  2013 there is a permanent monitoring of services quality through the system "Your control" created by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

On November 16, 2017, by the initiative of the  research company "INKOOR" and with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kama Centre for Cluster Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the III Engineering Cluster Forum " "Digital production and future of industry" in the IT park in Naberezhnye Chelny, a meeting was held in the format of B2B negotiations on the issue "Management of current assets  (Reduction of company costs during its expansion)". The negotiations were held between the company "INKOOR" and the following companies: Kama Techno Park, PPF "Autodesign", GC "KORA", "RABIKA-energy saving", GC "KOM".

On November 16, 2017, a public debate on the results of the law enforcement activities of the FAS of Tatarstan was held in the Educational Methodology center of FAS of Russia.

The conference discussed the activities in the area of control over observance of anti monopoly legislation by the bodies of local self governance, abidance of requirements of anti monopoly legislation during the tender for placement of advertising structures, the practice of Tatarstan FAS of Russia to suppress inappropriate advertising, problems and peculiarities of procurement for the needs of Bavlinsk municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan, law enforcement activities in the sphere of procurements.

NPO "The Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" informs entrepreneurs on reduction of the interest rate for micro loans up to 8% per annum.

By the corresponding order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2496 of 11.11.2017, a draft federal law " On amending the article of the Federal Act on the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and the entry into the Russian Federation" has been submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

The bill envisages reducing the time frame for formalization and issue of passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying his identity outside of Russia, including the electronic media, in case of application for its issue in the place of stay from four months to three months.

Today in Yekaterinburg within framework of the all Russia forum of strategic development "Cities of Russia in 2030: crossroads of opportunities" there was a final of the contest of city strategies, according to the results of whicy the first place was shared by Kazan and Tomsk.

On October 23, within the framework of the XVI all Russia forum  "Strategic planning in the regions and cities of Russia: tools and resources of implementation" The city of Kazan reached the final of the city strategy contest together with the cities of Tomsk, Volgograd and Perm.
