Subjects of small and medium business in Tatarstan can apply to the MFC for a microloan from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund. Entrepreneurs implementing or wishing to carry out activities on procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals can take part in the seminar. A competition of strategic initiatives "Locomotives of Growth" is launched in Tatarstan. Professionals in the industrial sector, economics and management under the age of 40 years, graduate students in the areas of "Economics" and "Management" can participate in the competition.
