Multifunctional centers of Tatarstan have provided more than 3.6 million services to the population since the beginning of 2018
More than 3.6 million services were provided by multifunctional centers of Tatarstan to the population of the republic in 2018. This was announced today at a press conference in the IA "Tatar-Inform" by the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Shamsiev.
He noted that the number of rendered state, municipal and other services was constantly growing. 2.7 million services were rendered in 2016, and 3.4 million in 2017.
The Deputy Minister of Economy says that today there is a wide network of MFC offices (“My Documents”) in the republic, which operate in every municipal district and urban district of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as in rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan with a population of over 1 thousand people. “The main task of the MFC is to provide the population with an opportunity in one place, by the “one-window” principle, to receive the most demanded services at the minimum time, without applying to the authorities”, he said.
For contacting the MFC, it is possible to pre-register through the Republican Service Portal, including the mobile application, for a convenient day and time.
