Satisfaction of citizens with the quality of public services in MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018 reached 97%. The assessment was carried out by means of SPS surveys (official short number “0919”), through the information-analytical system “Your control” and infomats “Electronic Government”, established in MFC offices. More than 317 thousand citizens took part in the survey. They evaluated the services of federal authorities received in My Documents offices: Rosreestr, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tax Service, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Federal Bailiffs Service, Rospotrebnadzor, Federal Property Management Agency. Most of them noted compliance of quality of services rendered to the levels of “good” and “excellent”.

35 million rubles were provided to participants of the program “Interest rate subsidization” in 2018. These funds were used to reimburse expenses of residents and management companies of industrial sites and parks in Tatarstan to pay interest on loans attracted from Russian credit institutions. Financial assistance was provided by a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - state public institution “Center for Implementation of Support and Development Programs for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

24 licenses to establish a business for procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals were issued by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018. The largest number of companies was opened in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. Another 88 entrepreneurs reissued their licenses. Currently, this business is carried out by 131 enterprises in Tatarstan. Metals are accepted and processed at 434 points, that is 40 places more than in 2017.

A trilateral agreement was signed between the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Astrakhan Region and the Astrakhan Pledge Fund.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was re-elected as Chairman of the Council of Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. The decision was made on the sidelines of the X Gaidar Forum during the regular general meeting of the members of AIRR.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia announces the start of selection of Russian credit organizations as authorized banks to receive a subsidy from the federal budget for reimbursement of lost income on loans issued to small and medium-sized businesses at a preferential rate in 2019-2024.
