A seminar on introduction of anti-monopoly compliance by executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments was held in Moscow. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in it.
Today, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, while delivering a Message to the Federal Assembly, called for removal of any barriers that limit the activities of domestic entrepreneurs. “To achieve the ambitious goals that the country faces, we need to get rid of everything that limits business initiatives”, he said. The President stressed that businessmen should not constantly fear criminal or administrative punishment and other risks.
Such a proposal was made in the Message to the Federal Assembly by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. He supported the previously announced Government initiative and proposed to do more radically - to review and update the entire legal framework of control and supervisory activities, including departmental acts, with participation of the business community, in two years, and to cancel previously valid documents from January 1, 2021. As Vladimir Putin stressed, only those acts that meet modern requirements should be preserved.
Scheduled inspections of enterprises engaged in procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals have started in the Republic of Tatarstan. They are aimed at establishing the fulfillment of licensing requirements and have preventive nature. Control measures help entrepreneurs keep the focus on compliance with licensing requirements; avoid disturbances that could harm human life and health and the environment.
75 Tatarstan leaders will be able to undergo training in the framework of the program of management training for organizations of national economy of the Russian Federation. They are specialists in the real sector of the economy and health. The educational course will be held on the basis of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University and the Kazan State Medical University.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will conclude an agreement with TANECO Joint-Stock Company on implementation of the investment project “Combined unit of light naphtha isomerization and naphtha splitter section”, providing for the granting of corporate property tax benefits. The unit is designed to process 420 thousand tons of pentane-hexane fraction per year.
