The Government of the Russian Federation has reduced interest rates under the pilot investment lending program to 4% for small and micro enterprises and to 2.5% for medium-sized businesses. The rate cut became possible due to the change in the key rate of the Bank of Russia. Previously, the rates for the preferential investment lending program were 3-4.5%.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, together with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), with the participation of federal executive authorities and commissions of the State Council of Russia, recommended 82 practices hosted on the Smartek ASI platform, including 2 practices of the Republic of Tatarstan, for mass replication in the regions. In the future, some of these decisions, after additional elaboration, can be included in state programs and national projects. The corresponding instruction was given by the President of Russia in December 2021 at the Supervisory Board of the Agency.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan at the gastrofestival in Kazan provided the self-employed with equipped trading places for the sale of their own products. The service was provided within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives".

Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov attended a solemn meeting dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the SME Association. During the event, the vice-premier visited the exhibition of goods and services of members of the Association of Small and Medium Business Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also presented gratitude for the contribution to the socio-economic development of the republic to members of the Association of SMEs.

On September 27, a webinar was held for exporters of Tatarstan on the topic "Africa: export opportunities". The event with the participation of trade representatives of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of South Africa was organized by the Export Support Center of the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan co-finances the costs of regional exporters for the transportation of products to foreign markets. Such support will help export-oriented entrepreneurs of Tatarstan to develop the geography of sales and enter new markets.

From 20 to 22 October, the main export forum "Made in Russia 2022" will be held in Moscow. The main topics of this year are the search for new logistics routes, entering new markets and finding partners in friendly countries.

The government is launching a program to support the development of the infrastructure of industrial technology parks, whose resident companies specialize in the production of electronics. The resolution approving the rules for granting subsidies for these purposes was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The corresponding award for merits and achievements in the implementation of the state economic policy, development of the economy and making a significant contribution to the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses and competition in the republic was presented today by the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

The regional Guarantee Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented tools and financial programs to support business at the Kazan Digital Week – 2022 International Forum.
