The rating of social and economic development of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-June 2017 has been prepared

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-June 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-June 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

In January-June 2017, the greatest change in ranking was reached by Bugulminsky and Spassky (+ 3 positions), Atninsky and Alexeevsky (by + 2 positions) municipal areas. These changes are conditioned by several factors: decline in the registered unemployment and an increase in the total area of residential buildings, that have been put into operation, the shipment of goods of their own production, etc.

The situation aggravated in the ranking of Apastov (-3 points), Sabinsk, Menzelinsk, Apastov and Chistopol  (-2 points) municipal districts. These aggravations are conditioned by the increased level of registered unemployment, a decline in the total area of residential buildings, put into operation, tax and non tax incomes and etc.

Per capita volume of shipped products in average amounted to 268,56 thousand RUB, among the municipalities of the Republic of the highest results for this indicator was reached by Almet'evskiy (1500,44 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (836,89 thousand RUB) and Elabuga (603,30 thousand RUB) municipalities.

As of July 1, 2017 year the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to  0.64%. In 26 municipalities this figure is lower than the average Republican value. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevo (0.21%), Aktanyshsky (0.30%) and Novosheshminsky (0.34%) municipal areas. The largest is in Yutazinsk (2.14%), Bavlinskiy (1.25%) and Sabinskiy (1.18%) municipal areas.

In January-June of 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan it was commissioned 0, 281 sq meters of housing area per capita. The largest housing area per capita was launched  in Pestrechinskiy (3,10 sq meters), Laishevo (1,80 square metres) and Verkhneuslonskiy (0.43 square metres) municipal areas.
