The single industry towns will receive support from the social entrepreneurship

The State Public Institution “Center of implementation of support programs for development of small and medium sized entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan” continues to receive applications for the program “Development of social entrepreneurship”.

Entrepreneurs from single industry towns of Tatarstan can participate in the competitive selection of business projects. These include Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Elabuga, Mendeleevsk and Chistopol.

The program is designed to subsidize part of the costs of business entities whose activities are aimed at solving social problems.

socially unprotected groups of citizens include:

  • Citizens who participated in the Great Patriotic War (GPW) or in hostilities outside the state;
  • Prisoners of fascism who suffered from war during their childhood;
  • Workers of the rear or persons who have medals (orders) of the Soviet Union for the deads, performed during the GPW;
  • Persons who lost their place of residence, or their homes became unfit for living because of an accident, natural disaster, war;
  • Children who were left without parents (guardians), as well as the children in care;
  • Citizens who can be referred to the category of disabled people Groups 1-3 groups, as well as the parents of such children;
  • Families with five or more children;
  • Persons who are labor veterans and having the relative documentation evidence;
  • Mothers caring for their children themselves.

The subsidies should be granted in amount not exceeding 500 000 roubles, but not over 85% (percent) of the full cost of the Business Project, as well as in case of fulfillment of the following conditions:

  1. The average number of the below indicated categories of citizens among the employees of the business entities is not less than 50% (percent), and the share in the wage fund of such workers is at least 25% (percent):
  • Disabled people;
  • Senior citizens (men over 60 years of age and women over 55 years of age);
  • Women with children under 7 (seven) years of age;
  • Orphans;
  • Graduates of orphan asylums;
  • Persons released from prisons within 2 (two) years prior to the date of the competitive selection.
  1. The entrepreneur undertakes the provision of services (production of goods, fulfillment of work) in the following areas of business:
  • Promotion of vocational guidance and employment;
  • Provision of social services to persons in the field of health protection, physical culture and mass sports, and conduct of classes in children's and youth circles;
  • Arrangement of social tourism - only in part of the tour-learning tours;
  • Production and  (or) sales of medical equipment, prosthetic and orthopaedic products, as well as technical means  including motor vehicles, materials which can be used solely for the  prevention of disability or the rehabilitation of disabled persons;
  • Ensuring cultural and educational activities (museums, theatres, studio schools, musical institutions, creative workshops);
  • Provision of educational services for persons belonging to socially unprotected groups;
  • Promotion of social and active participation of persons belonging to socially unprotected groups of citizens, as well as persons released from prisons within 2 (two) years and persons with drug and alcohol addiction.

When submitting an application you must provide:

  • Copies of documents confirming the conformity of the business entity with one of the following conditions: socially unprotected citizens are staffed or are oriented towards solving their problems.
  • Copies of documents confirming the existence of premises or land plot;
  • Copies of existing contracts required for the implementation of the project (if any);
  • Copies of licenses and permits, patents, research and development results, expert opinions and etc. (if any);
  • Passport of the business project.
  • Copies of documents confirming the acquisition of goods and (or) copies of supporting documents
  • Payment orders
  • Copies of goods consignment note, Acceptance-Transfer Act or the Act of the Services Performed;
  • Accounting documents or book of incomes and costs
  • A guarantee letter.
