The Federal Law No. 210-XP dd. July 27, 2010 “On the organization of state and municipal services" is being amended

The Ministry of Finance of Russia has introduced a draft federal law "On amending the Federal Law "On arrangement of provision of state and municipal services" for consideration into the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The indicated bill has been developed as part of the work to improve administration of revenues into the budget system and the efficiency of work with income receivables.

The bill suggests providing multifunctional centers for provision of state and municipal services with the authorities to receive money from applicants for the payment of state and municipal services and payment of other payments in cases envisaged by federal laws. This will enable individuals and organizations to pay for state and municipal services directly through MFC. Currently, in some localities, especially in underpopulated settlements it is not economical to open offices or to place cashpoints of credit organizations, so this will help to solve the problems of paying for state services related to the territorial remoteness of credit organizations from MFC, and to improve the administration of revenues of the budget system.
