The opening ceremony of the plant "TAT- Advenira" for production of nano-composite coatings was held in Kazan on the territory of the technopark Khimgrad.

The event was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Rustan Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Management Board of the MC "Rusnano" Anatoly Chubais, founder and CEO of Advenira Enterprise - Elmira Ryabova, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Artem Zdunov and others.

In his speech today during opening of a new production Rustam Minnikhanov reminded  that he had studied the project in detail as part of his working visit to the United States, California (November 2016). The delegation had a meeting with the company's management and a visited the company's laboratory in the city of Sunnyvale.

"Nano-composite solutions allow increasing the service life and reliability of products," said Rustam Minnikhanov. -This project opens up new opportunities for the industry". "This innovative coating allows ensuring integrity of metal constructions and may be used in shipbuilding and other industries."

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that it was important today that products could find the consumer.

Please be reminded, that the design capacity of the plant "TAT-Advenira" on the first stage (2017-2018) would be 30,000 thousand litres of nano-solutions per year, on the second stage (2018-2019), it is planned to bring the capacity up to 300 thousand litres.

In his turn, Anatoly Chubais called the today's opening ceremone a "special event". He noted that six years ago the Silicon Valley saw the development, made by Elmira Ryabova. "This is a unique nano-technology process"-, said Anatoly Chubais, - "and this is very impressive".

"We saw that the project had prospects, and now it is in Kazan"-, said the Head of JSC "Rusnano", metal structures, glass, plastics could be processed with this anti corrosion coating, and it could also be the applied for monuments". According to Anatoly Chubais, now the plant "TAT-Advenira" is a small production of 30,000 th. Litres per year, but it will grow.

Anatoly Chubais noted that PJSC KAMAZ could become one of the nano-coating consumers. He also expressed the wish that dozens of such industries could appear in the country.

The company "Advenira Enterprise Inc. (USA)" is the portfolio company of JSC "Rusnano". It was founded in 2010 in the Silicon Valley for the development and commercialization of the technology Solution Derived Nanocomposite (SDN) and the environmentally friendly coating for various industrial applications.

The head office and demonstration centre are located in the city of Sunnyvale, California.

The company has developed seven basic families of nano-composite SDN-Coatings, the technology for their production and application, including the equipment for three dimension objects, flat panels and a wide range of parts and materials.

In 2015, a license agreement was concluded with NAMICS Согр. (Japan) for production of the Thixorionk ® material for electronics, semiconductors, ornamental products, as well as to reduce friction in machines and mechanisms.

In 2013, a representative office was opened in St. Petersburg and in 2015 in Troitsk (the Moscow Region) a demonstration centre for application if SDN coating was arranged.
