The state factoring service became available to entrepreneurs of the Republic

The Business Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has enhanced its capailities to support small and medium-sized businesses at the expense of factoring at the rate of 1% per month.

The factoring allows entrepreneurs to get funding quickly provided they present a supply contract concluded with a customer. The service solves the problem of the lack of money on the production facility, when the delivery is made and the payment is scheduled for a certain period. The funding is available to all small and medium-sized businesses, both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, regardless of the type of activity. The service will be particularly relevant to the providers of trade networks.

To obtain funding, it is necessary only to prepare a list of documents, which any entrepreneur can collect as soon as possible. According to the factoring contract with the Fund, an entrepreneur can receive up to 50 million RUB for a period up to 180 days at the rate of 1% per month.

"Despite the fact that factoring is not a new service in the republican market, entrepreneurs need to pay attention to the Fund's factoring thanks to the low rate and, above all, the lack of a minimum funding limit."
