In certain areas of business, entrepreneurs will not be obliged to notify about its commencement

The relevant draft federal law "On introduction of changes into the Article 8 of the Federal Law "On the protection of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs during exercising the state control (supervision) and municipal control" has been developed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. These changes have been prepared in the context of the priority program "The Reform of monitoring and supervisory activities".

The draft federal law plans to exclude the responsibility of the legal entity and individual entrepreneur to give notice of the commencement of certain kinds of individual business activities by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the field of works execution and  provision of fire-engineering services.
