The regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 707 dd. 14.06.2017 amended the Regulation on Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision, envisaging the use of checklists during inspections of the legal enities and individual entrepreneurs.
The signed decree stipulates that it is required to use checklists during inspections made by the officials from the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia from October 1, 2017 of individual legal entities and individual businessmen, and from July 1, 2018 of all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The checklists should include lists of issues affecting the legal entity and individual entrepreneur's mandatory requirements, the observance of which is most important in preventing the risk of harm to the life and health of citizens. This envisages limiting the subject of the planned inspection of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs by the list of issues, included in the checklists.
The Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service and the Federal Medical and Biological Agency have been instructed to define a list of types (individual characteristics) of production facilities and risk categories of individual activities, for which it is envisaged to use check lists.
The taken decisions are directed to protecting rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs under the federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
