The meeting with major clients on the issue of assessment of the conformity of their draft procurement plans to the Federal Law No. 223-FZ was held in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstanhosted the meeting dedicated to the issue of organization of an assessment of the conformity of the draft procurement plans of the regulated customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which may be added to the list of specific customers, approved by the Decree No. 717-R of the Government of the Russian Federation dd.19.04.2016. The meeting was attended by officials of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as by representatives of the JSC "Tatenergo", JSC "Tatmedia", JSC "Division of capital construction of engineering networks and development of energy saving technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan", JSC "Tatarleasing".

We remind you, that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1169 dd. 29.10.2015 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan since May 1, 2016 has been evaluating the compliance of the drafts of plans for procurement of goods, services, drafts of amendments, introduced to the plans, annual reports on procurement of goods, works, services from the subjects of small and medium-sized business entities of the seven largest customers in the Republic. The event was intended to clarify the disputable issues that may arise in the process of this work.

Participation in the event is aimed at bringing together the business community and the authorities to support government anti-corruption policy and the efficient use of procurement budgets.
