The Republic's entrepreneurs are invited to participate in the National Award in the sphere of import substitution "PRIORITY -2017"

The Export Support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan "Entrepreneurship support fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" informs the Republic's entrepreneurs, that the first stage of applications' collection for participation in the National Award in the area of import substitution "PRIORITY 2017" will end on June 15. Companies that have filed the application within the first stage of application's collection shall be provided with the most extensive information support.

The award "PRIORITY" is an annual competition organized to support and encourage manufacturers in the field of competitive substitution of goods and services. The contest is supported by the profile ministries and departments of Russia - the Ministry of Industrial Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Energy, as well as public organizations RSPP, TPP RF, "Business  Russia", and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. It is expected that in  2017 more than 450 companies will participate in the award "PRIORITY-2017". The award in the field of import substitution "PRIORITY-2016" held last year collected 296 participants from 45 regions in 29 major nominations.

The contest is open to companies operating on the Russian market in the sphere of import substitution of goods and services, who achieved success through the establishment and development of own production, developing new technologies, promising ideas and projects, production of import-substituting products, goods and services.

The companies and organizations of any form of ownership and organizational structure - both large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises can participate in the award "PRIORITY-2017". You can apply for participation on the official award website prioritetaward.ru/participate

Each application form first of all shall undergo the qualification selection. By the selection results the participant is awarded the nomination of a Nominee, which enables the participant to take part in the contest for the nomination of Laureat in each nomination and for special awards "PRIORITY -2017". The independent expert Council determines winners, which is composed of representatives of Government, business, and public figures.

The solemn ceremony of rewarding the winners and nominees of the national prize in the field of import substitution is scheduled for October 26, 2017 at the Congress Center of RF CCI.

Also it was decided to establish a new informational – consulting online platform –“The Business Club of leaders of import substitution “Priority””, based on the winners and nominees from past years.

Its primary purpose is the establishment of effective long-term communications of enterprises-active participants of the process of import substitution with each other, the institutions of Government and society.

Club members will find rich program: business events in different formats, such as business forums, business breakfasts, the specialized press-tours, etc. They will be provided with various informational opportunities, aimed at the promotion of their products in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as consulting and other services from reliable partners.

Within a framework of the Business Club starting on June 29, a major starting event-"The Business Forum " Export as Priority:   How to overcome barriers and implement export potential of import-substituting products" with the assistance of Russian Export Center (REC) and" Rossiyskaya Gazeta " will be held.
