The foundations of the State control of children leisure and health promotion are approved

By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated on 22.05.2017 №978-p "About the approving of foundations of State regulation and control of children leisure and health promotion organizing", priority goals, objectives and mechanisms for children leisure and health promotion in the Russian Federation were approved.

The main goals and objectives of the state regulating and control of children leisure and heath promotion were approved by this document. According to the order, the federal executive bodies, executive bodies of the Russian Federation subjects and local bodies are to take measures, among them, of state control of the compliance with the Russian Federation law in the sphere of children leisure and health promotion organizing.

The main goals are - detecting, noticing and suppressing violations, concerning the Russian Federation law by authorized supervisory bodies in the sphere of of children leisure and health promotion organizing. These goals include the following:

- the organizing and carrying out planned and unplanned checks of children's leisure and healt promotion organizations;

- the systematic monitoring of the compliance to the obligatory requirements, analysis and forecasting of the status of performing the obligatory requirements by the leisure and health promotion services;

- taking measures concerning the suppression and (or) elimination the identified violations and  in accordance with the Russian Federation law.
