The first mobile application in Russia to support exporters has been launched

The Export Support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan Non-Profit Organization "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" informs entrepreneurs of the Republic that the Group of the Russian Export Center has launched the first mobile application in Russia aimed at providing support to Russian exporters.

Now, exporters will be able to comfortably use the REC's web services not only from a PC, but also from their mobile devices. The mobile application allows exporters to always stay in touch with the Russian Export Center, keep abreast of the latest events, have access to analytical materials of the Group, and at any time with the help of smartphones ask the REC employees or report on trade barriers.

"The mobile application is an absolutely new channel of interaction with users for our company. There are not many state institutions that have such tool. The mobile application of REC was made in a modern format, and, as is customary in the world practice, is designed to maintain the loyalty of our customers. The application will actively develop towards facilitating the processes of interaction with the Group's experts”, Oksana Donets, the senior expert in IT project management, said.

According to Olga Shubenok, the project manager for online services development, "the mobile application will facilitate the interaction between the Russian Export Center and exporters, giving the opportunity for the REC's customers to use the maximum number of communication channels. When developing the mobile application, it was extremely important for us to make a product that is convenient, interesting and visual for the customer. After all, the principles of user behavior on the web-site and in the mobile application are significantly different, and the information approached by the customer with the use of mobile devices differs, as well. The main task which we have tried to tackle is to support as effectively as possible interaction with the mobile audience and to simplify as much as possible the procedure for users to contact with the REC Group
