Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of DIA Yuri Isaev made a number of important decisions on liquidation of PJSC Tatfondbank and PJSC Intechbank

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) Yuri Isaev held a meeting in Moscow, where issues of liquidation of PJSC Tatfondbank and PJSC Intechbank were considered. Following the meeting, a number of important decisions were made.

To ensure transparency and publicity of liquidation procedures including organization auctions for sale of bank assets, e-trading platform choice, setting a fair sell price, a joint working team shall be formed from representatives of executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of DIA. The main areas of the working team activity are interaction with creditors with the purpose of including them in the insurance payment registry of DIA, interaction with creditors during bankruptcy proceedings, cooperation in work with assets and information support.

It was also agreed that for the period of bankruptcy proceedings within the liquidation of PJSC Tatfondbank and PJSC Intechbank creditor committees will be formed out of really affected bank customers (private and representatives of corporate customers). This decision will allow conducting tendering procedures under the close control by the interested parties and the public.

In addition, the DIA employees will attend in the following meetings of the working team (that was formed by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and headed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov) on entrepreneurs that are customers of PJSC Tatfondbank and PJSC Intechbank in order to answer questions by representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
