The forum “The week of innovations – 2017” will take place from May, 22 till 26

This is a reminder that “The week of innovations – 2017” will take place from May 22, till 26 in Stavropol’skyi district. It became the annual innovative nationwide forum.

Forum includes many events, plenary sessions, exhibitions and wide educational program. Within the Forum there will be activities, dedicated to the developing of agri-industrial and agri-turistical clusters.

This year, the week of innovations will be in several places: Stavropol and Caucasian Spas.

The aim of this Forum – is to create a discussion platform to talk about the present-day and long-term problems of the innovative eco-system future development, actual information about the access to state supporting tools of the innovative enterprisers, searching for the effective decisions for the elaboration and realization of the tools for innovative policy and cluster development at a region level, and attracting investments to the high-technological projects.

The week of innovations includes wide and rich business program: plenary sessions, strategic sessions, thematical round-table discussions, master-classes, seminars concerning actual problems, cooperation agreements signing, and exhibition of the innovative and regional manufacturers’ products.

Specialized training sessions with industry experts will be organized for consumer-good, meat-processing and dairy products industries representatives.

Young enterprisers will be able to try to take part in the regional stage of federal seed accelerator of technological startups “Generation S”. which is organized by involving the Russian venture company, and in the qualifying stage of the business game “An iron enterpriser”.

Among other issues, forum originators planned to organize open lectures from the leading Russian scientists within the scientific media. Under the business program “The week of innovations” the round table discussion will take place. It will be dedicated to actual questions of the agri-cultural clusters development “Agri-cultural clusters: new approaches to the cooperation and effective business models creating”. During the event the key there will be told about conditions and factors, stimulating the forming and development of the territorial clusters in the agribusiness sphere, the global experience and existing Russian practices, tools and mechanisms of the state support of clusters development, as well as questions about perfection of institutional environment and mechanisms of the effective cooperation between clusters participants and partners.

Also, under the Forum program there will be a round table discussion “Agritouristical clusters – the potential of development in Russian Federation regions”. The event is dedicated to the discussion about the experience in developing the agritouristical  clusters in Russia and abroad, questions, concerning the involving special organizations, performing touristic services (travel agencies and tour operators) and economic entities in the agribusiness sphere, for the purpose of coordination and association of all participants of agritouristic process in the region.

To take part in the round table discussion invited the representatives of the federal and regional executive agencies, development institutions,  leading universities, regional centers of cluster development, leading agricultural products manufacturers and infrastructure organizations, and also independent experts.
