The All-Russian Forum of MFC took place in the city of Makhachkala

Yesterday in the city of Makhachkala the All-Russian Forum “Provision of public services - is the mirror of the powers attitude to the citizen” took place.

The event was attended by about 800 people: representatives of federal and regional departments, managers of multifunctional centres of subjects of the Russian Federation, the delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The honorable guests of the Forum became the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan - Mr. Abdusamad Gamidov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Mr. Savva Shipov, Deputy Director of the Department in the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation  Mr. Pyotr Dneprovskiy, Director of development of small and medium-sized enterprise and competition of the Ministry of Russian Federation - Mr. Maxim Parshin, Deputy Governor of Primorsky Krai - Mr. Alexei Sukhov. From the Republic of Tatarstan the forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy and GBU MFC.

During his welcome speech, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Dagestan - Mr. Abdusamad Gamidov said, that thanks to the implementation of the principle of public-private partnerships they succeeded in a short period of time to create a branch network of 56 centres and 435 MFC remote offices and thereby fulfill key indicators of May Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation.

The Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia - Mr. Savva Shipov told about the results of constructing MFC network in the country and plans for improving work of the centers.

In the framework of the Forum the discussion sessions took place where the participants discussed innovations and development prospects of MFC development, as well as the best practices in the provision of public services to small and medium-sized businesses.

The first day of the Forum ended with the grand opening of a new service-express issuance of documents, providing the possibility for the applicant to obtain the result  without leaving his car, through specialized issue windows, placed in close proximity to the road. The finished result of the service can be obtained for all kinds of services via the express method. To do this the applicant can choose this type of service receipt during submission of the documents or when the operator informs him about the documents'  readiness. The new service was implemented in the MFC of Makhachkala and in the city of Derbent called “Express documents”. Special kiosks are equipped with two windows for the simultaneous issuance of documents. This is the first experience in the country of providing MFC services in such a format.

As we have informed, 50 MFC are currently operating in the Republic of Tatarstan, located at 63 locations in all municipal districts and urban districts, and 292 remote windows for accepting applicants in 281 rural settlements.

Today in one such center one can get over 150 types of the most popular services: federal services (Russian Register, Tax Service, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Pension Fund, etc.), all services of municipal services and the civil registry authorities (in the sphere of land and property relations, architecture, archive, etc.), as well as other services. In all MFC, the services are rendered by JSC “Federal Corporation for the development of SME”.

In the cities of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Elabuga and Chistopol the  specialized centers "MFC for business" are operating. In addition to the services available in any MFC,they offer a wide range of specialized non-governmental services aimed both at creating their own business and its development: getting state support (financial, property, etc.), business planning, marketing, services in the field of insurance, legal support, export promotion, etc.
