VEB is extending the first stage of selection on position of Certified Managers of Vnesheconombank until May 26, 2017

As we have informed, the Vnesheconombank (VEB) and the Agency for strategic initiatives (ASI) in 23 regions of Russia with the most favorable investment climate and maximum level of providing regional measures of state support, including Tatarstan, implements a new technology attracting investment projects, which will directly connect business ideas regions with financial resources and give impetus to the development of this sector.

The new model provides a broad funnel of investment projects in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and an increase of the selection procedure transparency. One of its key elements are managers in the regions that have undergone selection by the ASI methodology and were trained and certified by Vnesheconombank (up to 3 managers from the region).  They will be engaged in proactive search and the primary filtration of regional projects in line with the development strategy of the Bank, as well as communicate with the initiators and support them in the formation of package of documents according to the requirements of the VEB. Interaction of participants in the process will be built on the online platform “Factory of projects development”, which will enable to carry out rapid assessment of the projects. Each stage of project consideration, as well as experts comments and taken decisions will be transparently reflected on the online platform and available to all participants in the process.

The selection will be carried out in two phases:

• The first stage - candidates, selected in absentia - will last until May 26, 2017;
• The second stage consists of interviews with candidates - will be held in June 2017.

For participation in the open selection, you should upload your resume, two reference letters and fulfill the task, which includes writing essays and preparing presentations.
