The draft law for optimizing services for outdoor plant permits issuance was submitted to the State Duma

The draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 19 of the Federal Law “On Advertising” was considered and approved at the Russian Federation Government session and submitted to the Russian Federation Federal Assembly State Duma in accordance with the established procedure on April 18, 2017. The draft law establishes service capacity for issuance of permits for advertising structures installation and operation, filing an application for such permits issuance (alongside with a written form) in the form of electronic document through federal state information system “Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)”. It is assumed that exercising of the draft law will allow optimization and simplification of the abovementioned service process. April 19, 2017 the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship has approved the draft law and made decision on its further submission to the State Duma Council. Also, it should be noted that transfer of service for issuance of permit to install and operate the advertising structures to electronic format has been already carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan. The opportunity to file an application and track this service status in electronic format was implemented in pilot mode at the Executive Committee of Kazan through the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan (https://uslugi.tatarstan.ru/service/detail/7338). After test operation this practice will be introduced throughout the republic.
