Attention of nonprofit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan!

From 2007 to 2016 the contests to provide State support to non-profit organizations involved in the development of civil society institutions, were organized by several operators. This year a single operator – the Fund of Presidential Grants was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2017 No. 93-RP "On provision in 2017 of State support to non-commercial non-governmental organizations, involved in the development of civil society institutions that implement social projects and projects in the sphere of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms".

In 2017 the amount of 4.32 billion rubles is to be allocated from the federal budget for support of non-commercial organizations according to the results of the two competitions.

Applications for participation in the first competition will be accepted from April 17 to May 31.

Applications for participation in the second contest will be accepted from August 16 to September 29.

The important features of the competitions in 2017 are:

• cancellation of paper application form: applications are accepted exclusively in electronic form, via the personal account on the Internet-portal (http://президентскиегранты.рф);
• simplification of the procedure for the preparation of applications and documentation collection: all documents are provided exclusively as electronic copies, the need to provide a number of documents had been cancelled;
• simplification of the procedure of preparation and submission of grant reporting: all reporting will be submitted by organizations-winners in electronic form.

The projects, envisaging implementation of activities in the following areas, will be presented on the contest:

• social services, social support and protection of citizens;
• protection of citizens ' health, promotion of healthy lifestyles;
• support for family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood;
• support of youth projects which cover activities referred to in article 31.1 of the Federal Law dd. January 12
  1996 No. 7-FZ "On noncommercial organizations";
• support for projects in the field of science, education, communication;
• support to projects in the field of culture and art;
• preservation of historical memory;
• protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, including the protection of the rights of prisoners;
• environmental protection and protection of animals;
• strengthening of interethnic and interreligious consent;
• development of public diplomacy and support for compatriots;

development of civil society institutions.
