List of state control and supervision forms, implemented with risk-based approach has been expanded

Russian Federation Government Resolution No. 806 of August 17 “On application of risk-based approach during organization of state control (supervision) certain forms and alteration of certain acts of the Russian Federation Government” was amended by the Russian Federation Government Resolution No. 245 of 02.03.2017.

The list includes 33 new control and supervision forms, including state control (supervision) forms implemented by the Russian Federation constituent entities’ state executive powers (own powers):

Regional state environmental supervision;

Regional state veterinary supervision.

Regional state construction supervision.

Licensing supervision over ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products production and turnover;

State housing supervision;

Licensing supervision over multi-apartment buildings management entrepreneurial activity;

State control (supervision) in the field of shared construction of multi-apartment buildings and (or) other real estates.

Federal executive bodies with participation of highest state executive bodies of the Russian Federation constituent entities were instructed to submit before May 15, 2017, to the Russian Federation Government draft acts on approval of criteria for being qualified as certain risk category or certain hazard class (category) according to exercised state control (supervision) forms for legal entities and IE activities or production facilities used thereby.  

The document enters into force on 03/18/2017.
