Public consultations on the Russian Federation Government Draft Decree are being conducted

The Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Economy received an appeal from the Regulatory Impact Assessment Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on conducting public consultations on the Russian Federation Government Draft Decree “On the approval of the list on certain types of medical care, the implementation thereof by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs does not prevent alcohol products retail sale in the territories adjacent to buildings, structures, constructions, premises owned and used by the mentioned legal entities and individual entrepreneurs”.

Project elaboration is conditioned by the necessity of restriction of certain types of medical care at which sale of alcohol products is allowed while delivering services in the territories adjacent to buildings owned by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing medical care.

According to project developers, the list of medical care certain types suggested for approval under the project allows maintaining necessary conditions for rendering most popular medical care certain types to the citizens, and also facilitate reduction of alcohol consumption growth.

Project approval allows alcohol products retail sales in the territories adjacent to buildings, structures, constructions, premises owned and used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in medical care certain types and included in the list approved by the project.

Business associations’ representatives are invited to review the presented normative legal act on the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Economy website.
