Information for the Republic entrepreneurs on collecting an export train to China

The Republic of Tatarstan Export Support Center NPO “The Republic of Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund” informs entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan that currently JSC “RETs” jointly with the companies OJSC “RZD”, “RZD-Logistics”, “TransContainer”etc., is collecting train from Vorsino station (Kaluga region) to China via Zabaikalsk.

The train departure is scheduled on April 5, 2017 from Vorsino station (Kaluga region) to China.

Advantages of the train:

1. Delivery within 14 days;

2. The cost is commensurable with water transport;

3. In Vorsino it is possible to go through customs and formalize all accompanying documents (phytosanitary norms, etc.).

There has been planned two delivery points: Dalian port, with further delivery by feeder vessels to any port (eg. to Shanghai) or by vehicle directly to the consignor, and Shilong station (Guangzhou Province, south of the PRC).

The estimated rate for transportation to the ports through Dalian is $ 2,600 for 40-feet container and the rate to Shilong is $ 3,200 for 40-feet container. The rates for refrigerated cars shall be calculated separately.

In transit delivery time is 14 days; date of cargo consolidation at Vorsino terminal is until March 29, 2017. The exporter signs the contract with “RZD-Logistics” company.

The message shall contain the following information: name of the company; type of cargo; volume of delivery; readiness for dispatch (deadlines).
