The terms of provision of maternity capital have been reduced

The amendment to the governmental acts on the issues of disposing the maternity capital have been introduced by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.253 of 03.03.2017. The changes affected the term of maternity (family) funds transfer. In case of adopting the "positive" resolution - the money now will be transferred within 10 working days, and not within a month, as was before.

Persons who have obtained the certificate, can send the maternity (family) fund  in full (or in part), for the improvement of housing conditions, child's education and acquisition of goods and services intended for their social adaptation and integration of children with disabilities into the society. The decision on approval (reject) of applications is taken by the authority of the Pension Fund of Russia within one month from the date of the application receipt.

The indicated regulation will enter into force on the 15.03.2017.
