The D.A. Office of the Tatarstan Republic continues its work on restoration of aggrieved Tatfondbank depositors rights, which are not able to stick up for their rights unassisted

The D.A. Office of the Tatarstan Republic organized the work on OOO “IK TFB Finance” clients’ protection, by proferting statements of claim concerning the trust agreements voidance, the recognition of declarants the PAO “Tatfondbank” depositors and including to the relevant register for the insurance payout.

According to the sec. 45 of the Civil Practice Act of the Russian Federation, the affirmative defense of rights, scope and legal interests of the citizen can be applied by the procurator only if the subject is not able to take legal action unassisted by virtue of health, age, legal incapacitation or other valid excuses.

At that, the D.A. Office of the Tatarstan Republic clears  that remaining depositors of OOO “IK TFB Finance” have a right to take a legal action for the defense of their violated rights.
