Natal’ya Tarkaeva took a part in the Councils of Elabuga Municipal district session

On February 20, the XIX (summary) 3rd calling Councils of Elabuga municipal district session took place. The event was dedicated to the year 2016 results of social-economic development of the municipality and to the year 2017 plans.

In this session participated the acting prime minister of the Tatarstan Republic Alexei Pesoshin, the deputy minister of economic affairs of the Tatarstan Republic Natal’ya Tarkaeva, the head of Elabuga municipal district Gennady Emel’yanov, the ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Tatarstan Republic Farit Abdulganiev, the top advisor of the Government of working with the territories of president of the Tatarstan Republic Rishat Zinatullin, deputies of the Elabuga city Councils of 3rd calling, heads of district and city executive committees etc. Before the event, all guests got acquainted with the city enterprises and institutes products exhibition.

In his summary report, Gennady Emel’yanov told that Elabuga district moved up from rank 14 to rank 9 according to the year 2016 results in the common rating of social-economic development among 45 municipal formations, and from rank 8 to rank 5 among municipal formations with the center-town of republican subordination and urban districts.

 “The small industrial growth was outlined and the recession in the real economy stopped to the end of the previous year. The IPI raised to 115.4%. The number of enterprises with the positive output indices movement increased. The number of loss-making enterprises decreased to 46% (to 48,5% in 2015” – Gennady Emel’yanov pointed out.

According to his words, thanks to the SEZ “Alabuga”, which part in the whole investment volume is about 40%, the region is on the 5th place in terms of investment volume per 1 citizen in the common rating.

An additional point is that the vital contribution in the economic development is made by small and medium-sized enterprises, and their turnover, according to the year 2016 calculation increased to 7,3% in comparison with the previous year and was approximately 30 bln rubles. In the gross territorial products, the small and medium sized enterprises take, according to the year’s results is at point 33%.

Gennady Emel’yanov put in remembrance that the the Kamsky center of cluster development was defined as the point of economic growth for the next 10 years at the republican level. One way to develop this cluster is the Theory of creating the territorially detached innovative and manufacturing center “InnoKam”. 19 investment projects are the parts of this Theory. They are related to Elabuga district, among them the construction and reconstruction of the objects and water supply lines and water discharge; the second construction phase of bank protection of the river Kama, the protection of the river outlet Toima of Kuibyshevskii water storage and other projects.

The deputy minister of Economic Affairs of the Tatarstan Republic Natal’ya Tarkaeva spoke about the increasing of business activity in Elabuga municipal district. Approaching to Elabuga enterprisers, she motivated them to take parts more actively in special government programs, applied in Tatarstan.

Then the acting prime minister of the Tatarstan Republic Alexei Pesoshin spoke about main social-economic indices of the Republic according to the year 2016 results. Speaking about Elabuga, Alexei Pesoshin pointed out that the district was the one of the best regions in economic development. This level was increased most of all thanks to the SEZ “Alabuga”

Also, he said that Elabuga was the second significative museum, historical and touristic center after Kazan. He highly appreciated the progress of the region and made a pointed reference to the rating rising. Alexei Pesoshin expressed his gratitude to the head of the city, deputies, heads of villages for sizable contribution in social-economic development of Tatarstan: “Your ambition is the ticket to success, thank you!”
