The delegation from Orlovskaya district visited the Republic of Tatarstan
On February 15-16 in 2017, the delegation from Orlovskaya district, accompanied by the Kamsky center of cluster development, visited Tatarstan in aid of sharing experience in the cooperation sphere of the management companies of territorial clusters. Representatives of Enterprisers supporting fund, Center of Orlovskaya district cluster development and management company of Navigation-telematic cluster (GLONASS) were parts of the delegation.
At the end of the first day was held the business meeting of the delegates in the Ministry of economic affairs of the Tatarstan Republic with the heads of Enterprisers supporting fund, the Kamsky center of cluster development and Guarantee fund of the Tatarstan Republic. Under this meeting parties shared their experience in forms of enterprises supporting with each other, discussed common problems in the clustering of industry branches, signed an agreement about the cooperation between the Kamsky center of cluster development and Enterprises supporting fund of Orlovskaya district. Also they visited the center of simulation and imitation education of Fundamenal medicine institution “The center of medical science”, which is the object of innovative infrastructure of the Republic, and its work aided on the creation (designing) of special virtual simulators.
Then colleagues from Orlovskaya disctrict visited the State Committee on Tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan, where the deputy chairman of the Committee Artur Abdrashitov told about priority directions in the strategy of development in the touristic sphere in the Republic and its realization. Under the touristic cluster realization in the Orlovskaya district delegates got acquainted with the Tatarstan project of creating touristic clusters “5 winds”.
On February, 16, delegates continued to take a stock of innovative structure of the region, particularly, of the engineering center work of company-member of IT cluster “ICL – KPO VS” in the Laishevskii district. They were presented the solutions of the companies, shown themselves, and being used on the plants in Tatarstan Republic. One of such cluster projects is “Career portal”, created by “ICL – KPO VS” for the end-to-end maintenance of students to the career choice. The head of the regional engineering center of industry laser technologies “KAI-Laser” Ruslan Yanbaev shared the experience of developing engineering services for the plants – members of machinery and construction cluster of republic. Also in the Kamsky innovative center for cluster development INNOKAM there was a dialogue with the vice-president of “NP KITPK” association Marat Gainullin. The result of meeting was the exchange of experience in perspective ways of cluster development of 2 regions. The final object of innovative infrastructure was the Tech park in the sphere of high technologies “It park” and the meeting with the members of IT cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the workshop on the strategy of the territorial cluster development.
