The conference on issues of state management reformation will be held on February 16-18 in the Kaliningrad Region

Today, during the first day of the conference a panel session on issues of realization of the reforming control-supervisory activity, including the regional level was held.

Within framework of the session the issues of improving the quality of implementation of the control-supervisory authorities, systemization, reduction of a number and update of the mandatory requirements to implement the risk-oriented approach, the application of the system of complex prevention of violations of the mandatory requirements, implementation of the evaluation system of the effectiveness and efficiency of control and supervision, automation, control and supervisory activities were discussed. Special attention was paid to the reform of control and supervisory activities at the regional level, as well as the possibilities of expansion of the regional reform by incorporating components of federal projects.

The session was attended by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Mr. Savva Shipov, the State Secretary – Deputy Minister of telecom and mass communications of the Russian Federation - Mr. Oleg Pak, representatives of Federal Executive authorities and Executive authorities of the constituent entities. Deputy Minister of Economy Mr. Ayrat Shamsiyev participated in the conference on behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On the second day of the conference in the framework of the plenary session the results of ratings of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in part of improving state management and objectives for 2017 will be presented. On the third day of the conference there will be an expanded meeting of the working group on monitoring the implementation in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the target model of the control and supervision activities.
