A regular collegium meeting of the Association “Non-commercial partnership Kama Innovation Territorial-Industrial Cluster” was held

A regular collegium meeting of the Association “Non-commercial partnership Kama Innovation Territorial-Industrial Cluster” was held on February 15, 2017 in OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding chaired by Mr. Artem Zdunov.

The collegium considered the main trends of development strategies of PJSC Nizhnekanskneftekhim and PJSC KAMAZ, summarized work results of the Kama Center of cluster development of the subjects of small and medium sized entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 and set objectives for 2017.

In addition the collegium discussed the issue of reconstruction of Zainskaya State District Power Plant and realization of substitutional actions for the purposes of ensuring reliable electricity connection between the unified energy system of the Urals and the Mid -Volga Region.

A concept of inter-university accelerator for the innovation projects with venture capital funding was presented to the collegium members. By its results the resolution was taken to support the creation of inter-university programs “School of a young innovator” and “School of an innovative Start-Up” on the basis of KFU, and the possibility of funding educational programs within framework of implementation of the state program “Economic development and innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020” was discussed.

During the collegium meeting the issue related to the establishment of the Regional Scientific- Production Center of thermal processing technologies – center of collective use, development and implementation of new thermal processing technologies was considered.
