Extracts from USRLE and USRIE on paper became paid

According to the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2015 No. 809 "About modification of separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" since August 18, 2015 granting an extract from USRLE or USRIE on paper to the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur about itself becomes paid. The size of a payment makes 200 rubles (when providing data no later than five days from the date of receiving the corresponding inquiry by registering body).

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that data from USRLE or USRIE in an electronic form can be received free of charge on the site of Federal Tax Service of Russia by means of the "Providing Data from USRLE or USRIE on a Particular Legal Person / the Individual Entrepreneur in the form of the Electronic Document" service.

It should be noted that such extract or the certificate of absence of information is equivalent to an extract (reference) on paper signed with own hand by the official of tax authority and the confirmed by seal.

Besides, the bodies providing the state and municipal services have no right to demand from the applicant of representation of an extract from USRLE or USRIE. The Federal Tax Service of Russia provides this information to appropriate authorities by interdepartmental inquiry with use of uniform system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
