In the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation work on the draft of the new federal law on the state and municipal control and supervision is continued

Edition of the draft of the federal law "About bases of the state and municipal control (supervision) in the Russian Federation", considered on July 27, 2015 at a subcommittee meeting on improvement of control (supervising) and allowing functions of federal executive authorities at Government Commission on Administrative Reform, despite reduction and some significant reformatting of the text, in essence, doesn't differ from the Russian Federation which earlier was presented to the Government.

At the same time it should be noted that many of essential remarks and the offers stated by the Republic of Tatarstan concerning the initial version of the bill were considered. So, in the bill the order of application of the principle of a complementarity of the state control and supervision, approaches to definition of profiles and categories of risks, the accounting of the control forms offered by the draft of the federal law in the Unified register of checks , ets are specified.

By results of discussion at a subcommittee meeting on improvement of control (supervising) and allowing functions of federal executive authorities at Government Commission on Administrative Reform of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation it is entrusted to finish the draft of the federal law taking into account the recieved remarks.
