The fund of business support considered applications from subjects of small and average business

On August 20, 2015 the non-profit organization "Fund of Business Support of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Fund) held the next meeting of the commission on consideration of applications from subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan (SSMB) for receiving microloans.
The commission considered 4 demands from SSMB for the total amount of 4 000 000 rubles. Following the results of a meeting the decision to give out 2 microloans for the total amount of 2 000 000 rubles, on condition of elimination of the remarks revealed by the commission was made.
From the moment of foundation of Fund 74 microloans to SSMB, for the total amount of 42 395 000 rubles are given out, from them in 2014 30 microloans of 10 430 000 rubles are given out, in 2015 44 microloans of 31 965 000 rubles are given out.
For rendering financial support of SSMB in 2015 budgets it is allocated in cash of 202 661 240 rubles, from them with the budget of RT - 58 958 700 rubles and the federal budget - 143 702 540 rubles, respectively.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
