Work of the independent register will be regulated by the law

The bill in which the principles of work of the independent registrar as information system are stated is developed. This system developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation provides fixing of events and actions when carrying out purchases on electronic trading platforms.
The Independent Register system is created for protection of the rights and interests of participants and customers and directed on a reservation and storage of data on the carried-out electronic auctions, and also ensuring access to these data in disputable situations in Federal Antimonopoly Service.
Users of the Official all-Russian site zakupki.gov.ru already have an opportunity to apply new system for what it is necessary to download the special software.
