The new system of the migratory account "Mir" (World) is created

On August 6, 2015 the government of the Russian Federation  acceptedthe resolution No. 813, about the adoption of Provision on the state system of the migratory and registration account, and also production, registration and control of the circulation of identification documents and identification papers(further – SS "World").

The new state system of the migratory and registration account is created on the basis of merger of the state system of production, registration and control of passport and visa documents of new generation and the state information system of the migratory account.

Creation of system will allow to raise extent of protection of identification papers, from a fake, efficiency of border control and measures for fight against illegal migration, to increase completeness, reliability and relevance of data of the migratory and registration account, to provide possibility of implementation of the automated verification of visas with use of specialized program technical means. 

We remind also that now services of Management of FMS in the Republic of Tatarstan in production of identification papers of the citizen, it is possible to receive and in the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC). Service in registration of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation (the international passport "an old sample) can be received in branches of State Budgetary Institution Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services to Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, in Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal areas of the republic. It is possible to file documents on registration of the international passport of the "new generation" (containing electronic media of information), previously having registered in reception by phone (843) 590-32-11, in the Volga branch State Budgetary Institution MPC located at the address Kazan, Avangardnaya St., 74.
